Shipping policy

Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be shipped to the delivery address you specify.

The shipping route is determined by WOWLABS.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping within the EU costs EUR 12.00.

Shipping outside the EU costs EUR 35.00.

WOWLABS is entitled to make partial deliveries. In case of partial delivery, which was arranged or offered to you by WOWLABS, subsequent deliveries will be free of charge. In the case of partial deliveries on special customer request, the shipping costs will be charged for each partial delivery.
