Order
How do I order an item?
Select the skin retreat you want on the respective product page and then click on "Add to cart". Click on "Checkout" and enter your contact information and shipping address on the page that opens. If you have a voucher or discount code, you can enter it on this page.
You can also enter a different billing address on this page.
Shipping is free for orders within Germany. If you order from abroad, shipping costs within the EU EUR. 12.00 and outside the EU EUR. 35.00.
You can also choose your payment method on this page. We currently offer credit card, PayPal, payment on account and instant bank transfer via Klarna. Check all your details and in the next step complete your order by clicking on "Buy".
What payment options are available?
We currently offer four different payment methods for you to choose from:

How do I redeem a discount or voucher code?
You can enter your voucher or discount code in the “Payment” step of the purchase process.
Shipping and Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free.
Shipping within the EU costs EUR 12.00.
Shipping outside the EU costs EUR 35.00.
When will my package be shipped?
We do everything we can to send your package within two working days. At times of high order volume, delivery may be delayed. However, we always try to give you an approximate delivery date. Please also check your SPAM folder to see if one of our messages has ended up there. You can track the status of your order at any time by clicking on "View order" in your order confirmation email.
Where is my delivery and how can I track the delivery?
As soon as we hand over your order to DHL, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Click on the number to track your package directly with DHL. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your order to be available in the tracking system. Also check your SPAM folder to see if our message has landed there.
How can I contact WOWLABS?

Damaged and incorrect items
I received an incorrect item
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive exactly the items you ordered. However, if we make a mistake, please contact us by email: hello@wowlabs.de – we will then make sure that you receive your correct order as quickly as possible.
I received a damaged item
All orders are carefully packaged. If something breaks during transport, please contact us by email: hello@wowlabs.de - it's best to send us a photo of the damage straight away. We'll make sure you receive a new item to compensate.
Cancellation and Refund
How can I cancel or revoke my order and return the products?
We hope you enjoy our skin retreats. You don't need to give a reason if you want to cancel your order or return individual products within 14 days. Please note that we can only accept returns of unopened, originally sealed products, and of course we welcome feedback on why you don't want to try our products.
If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following points.
You have the right to cancel your order or this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received your package back in the event of a cancellation, we will process your cancellation immediately, but no later than within 5 working days. As soon as we have refunded your purchase amount, you will receive an email.
Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 14 days for the purchase amount to be credited back to your account. Please note that we can only accept returns of unopened, originally sealed jars and packages.

Application of WOWLABS Skin Retreats
What are WOWLABS Skin Retreats?
Our skin retreats are highly effective additions to your daily individual care routine and are used as an intensive serum treatment 1-4 times a year, depending on your skin condition.
How should I use the Skin Retreats ?
Gently apply 2-3 drops to cleansed face every morning and evening before your individual care routine.
Can I combine the skin retreats ?
Since the intensive serums are very rich in active ingredients and are designed for 30 days of use, they should not be combined with each other. The next retreat can be started after an interval of about 3 months.
How long should I use the skin retreats?
The S kin Retreats are applied morning and evening for 30 days.
How often should I use the Skin Retreats?
You can carry out a treatment up to 4 times a year. After about 3 months, the active ingredients stored in the skin's cells are used up and you can treat your skin to another active ingredient cocktail.
Is there an order in which I should use or combine the skin retreats?
To initially “detoxify” the skin and stimulate the cells for optimal absorption of the active ingredients, the RE:Detox Serum can be used first. The next serum can then be selected according to the specific skin needs.
What is the Re:Principle?
The skin is enriched with active ingredients for 30 days, promoting the natural regeneration of the skin cells - our RE:Principle! Through this unique interaction with the natural self-renewal cycle of the skin cells, our skin retreats bring the skin back to its original vital state.
How do WOWLABS Skin Retreats differ from other cosmetic products or serums?
Our three skin retreats contain unique, highly effective combinations of active ingredients, antioxidants and are tailored to a specific skin problem. In addition, the serums are very rich in active ingredients and the selected active ingredients actively support the 30-day self-renewal cycle of the skin cells.

What allergens do the WOWLABS Skin Retreats contain?
The following allergens are contained in the perfume oils:

Can WOWLABS Skin Retreats be used during pregnancy?
The Skin Retreats can be used safely during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Are there any side effects when using the skin retreats?
We only use pure active ingredients from nature and science, the effectiveness of which has been proven in clinical studies. The three intensive serum treatments have been dermatologically tested and are characterized by very good skin compatibility. Impurities may arise in the first few days of using the RE:DETOX intensive serum due to the breakdown of cellular waste. These disappear again over the course of use.
Are preservatives and mineral oils included in WOWLABS Skin Retreats?
Our products stand for clean beauty and we only use good-for-you ingredients that do not harm you or your skin. This means that our products are free of silicones, mineral oils, parabens, sulfates and PEG-containing emulsifiers. Furthermore, we are absolutely against animal testing and are very strict about the 99.7% vegan: Our RE:RADIATE and RE:PURIFY serums both contain xanthan. Although this is not an animal ingredient, a whey enzyme is used in the production process.
Are WOWLABS Skin Retreats tested on animals?
Since we are absolutely against animal testing, our serums have not been tested on animals.
Are the WOWLABS Skin Retreats perfumed?
Our three intensive serum treatments contain perfume, but are free of parabens, mineral oils, silicones, sulfates and PEG-containing emulsifiers.
